Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Essential Educational Qualification: NTC / NAC OR Engineering Diploma / Degree in the relevant trade/field from a government-affiliated, recognized institute.

  • Essential Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a well-reputed organization, supported by valid experience certificates.

    • Note: ITI-qualified candidates with NAC apprenticeship of one year or more under the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 may count that period as one year of experience. However, school pass-out freshers with NAC but no prior skill training will have their apprenticeship considered as training, not experience.

Age Limit (as on last date of application)

  • General (UR): 18 to 35 years

  • SC / ST: 5 years relaxation

  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation

  • PwD Candidates: Up to 10 years relaxation in their respective category

Salary Structure & Contract Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹31,840/-, comprising:

  • Basic Pay: ₹19,900/-

  • Dearness Allowance (DA): ₹11,940/- (calculated at 60% of Basic Pay)

Additional Benefits:

  • Annual Increment: 3% on Basic Pay per year, subject to satisfactory performance.

  • EPF: Eligible as per the Act and Government guidelines.

  • Leave: 12 days of paid leave per year (1 day per month).

  • Maternity Benefits: Applicable for female personnel as per the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a 50-50 weightage of marks from:

Candidates who do not submit a self-declaration on their detailed experience will not be called for the Practical Test/Interview.
